1.The points collection is only applicable for the payment through CoolPay by scanning the QR code of Indochina Bank merchant.
2. The points  collection is only sapplicable for the payment  through Cool Wallet.
3. Only transaction equivalent to Kip 10,000 or above are applicable for point collection.
4. The points collection is maximum of 500 points per merchant a month.
5. The 400 points minimum required for redemtion
6. Customers are allowed to collect as many points to redeem a big reward as they need.
7. The point collection will update once a week (on Wednesday).
8. In order to redeem rewards, please follow these instructions:conditions that issue by the bank.
- You can redeem rewards in a business days and times.
- Customers are entitled to unlimited reward redemption.
- Customers can redeem rewards on IB Cool or at Branch/Service Units of Indochina Bank.
- Customers will receive rewards within a week after redeeming the point. 
- The reward cannot exchange for cash, cannot change the rewards and cannot return.
- Customers allow bank to take photos and videos for advertisement purpose.
9. In term of redeem the reward, customers are accepted the terms and conditions that issue by the bank.conditions of the bank.
10. The bank fully reserves the right to refuse and deduct points without notification if the transaction is illegal or against the laws and terms and conditions of the bank.
12. In case the bank detects a suspicious transaction or violates the terms and conditions set by the bank, the bank has the right to verify the authenticity and immediately stop counting points without prior notification.
